Hi, I'm Brenna

I’m Brenna Escarciga, a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Regency Realty, Inc., serving Enterprise, Fort Rucker, and communities throughout the Wiregrass region of Southeast Alabama. I was raised in Enterprise, so this isn’t just a market I work in—it’s home. After years of military life and moves of my own, I also understand what it feels like to arrive somewhere new, learn an area quickly, and make big real estate decisions while everything else in life is changing.

As a longtime military spouse, I have firsthand experience with PCS moves, tight timelines, buying from a distance, selling while preparing for the next duty station, and all the logistics that come with military relocation. I work with buyers and sellers moving to and from Fort Rucker, including out-of-state clients who need virtual showings, local guidance, trusted resources, and someone on the ground who can keep the process moving.

My approach to selling homes is heavily influenced by my background as a professional photographer. I believe great real estate marketing should do more than put a listing in the MLS. Depending on the property, my marketing can include professional photography, cinematic video, immersive 3D tours, and aerial imagery that I personally capture as an FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot. The goal is simple: present each home at its best and give buyers a reason to stop scrolling.

I help clients throughout Enterprise, Fort Rucker, Daleville, New Brockton, Ozark, Dothan, and the surrounding Wiregrass, whether they are purchasing their first home, using VA financing, buying new construction, searching for acreage or a higher-end property, or preparing to sell. I also work extensively with remote buyers and sellers, helping coordinate the details when a client cannot be physically present for every step.

What matters most to me is giving clients straightforward information, strong communication, and representation that feels personal rather than transactional. I want you to understand the market, the neighborhood, the contract, and the options in front of you so you can make decisions with confidence.
